Lets Begin the Tutorial

Open a new raster layer 650 x 650 transparent
Open the Scrapkit and copy and paste frame 2 onto the new canvas no resize needed
Grab magic wand then click inside the frame new layer
go to selections modify expand by 5 then copy and paste into selection paper  19 select none
move that layer below the frame layer
Open the tube you are using
I chose one that has a close up I then placed it  below the frame layer resizing to fit with the deform tool.
 Drop shadow the frame and the tube at settings below
10...10...55...10..
Merge down

Resize that 70% move it up a little
copy and paste the tube again then you can arrange the frame around the tube
drop shadow as we go along same as above.

Open the Large flower and copy and paste below the tube so it looks like she is sitting in it,
Open the Mist and place that below the tube but so you can see it over the flower she is sitting on.
Open the cluster and arrange at the back like I have below tube duplicate and arrange like she is 
placing her feet on the grass bits.
Open some flowers so you can place them at the back also what we are doing
is covering the blank spaces below the tube. duplicate image mirror
Open the wings I have used these as butterflies they are lovely
and placed  them around the cluster then duplicate image mirror arrange as seen
Open the Bubbles and place as you wish
Open the Birdie with flowers resize at 40% place at top corner of frame.
You can place any other Elements you wish
I added few clouds to the top..

once you have added the drop shadow to all
Merge all visble

Add all Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
