Lets Begin:

Open New Raster Layer 600 x 600 Transparent

Open the the Wine and Roses Scrapkit

Open Frame 5 grab magic wand and click inside the frame

go to selections  modify expand by 5 then on new layer 

open paper 15 then copy and paste into selection keep selected

Open Tube of choice copy and paste tube into selection select none

Lower Opacity to 70% in layers palette

Drop shadow tube and frame at setting below

10--6--55--10

 Merge visible except background layer (Raster Layer)

Open Triple frame 1

Grab magic wand click inside all three squares until you get marching ants

then go to selections modify expand by 5 select none

Open Tube again and use a smaller one for this as I have

place tube into one of the squares and erase all the bits outside the box

duplicate Image Mirror line it up proper into the other box.

drop shadow as before..

Open paper 30 copy and paste into selection of all 3 squares

as you did above.

Open Rose 14 resize at 30% place in the middle box

merge all the triple frame and tube and paper visible.

drop shadow the Frame as above.

Open Tube again then place it below the frame layer

Drop shadow.

Now the Elements

Open Rose doodle copy and paste onto canvas and resize at 20%

duplicate till you have 4 of them and place below all frames

arrange as I have.

Open staple 2 resize at 30% duplicate till you six of them place them as I have on the triple frame.

drop shadow at 

4--4--55--10

merge down

Open Bead doodle resize at 30% place as you wish

Open the Bottle and glass copy and paste onto canvas resize at 20%

then place as you wish

Open Rose 2 resize at 20% duplicate place at an angle on the glass
